I don't think inspire is the right word. You don't have to feel inspired to write. You have to work no matter what mood you are in. Just sit at your desk and write. Have a daily word goal. It doesn't matter if what you write that day is bad, you fix that in editing. It matters to get words on the page. Consistently, almost every day.
Inspire is more for story ideas than writing. The best way to get ideas is to interact with the world. Read other authors. Watch the news. Study history. Get out into nature. Go out with friends and just talk about a range of subjects. Read a newspaper and not just the main articles. Learn about human psychology. Hang out somewhere and people watch. Read your Facebook feed. Check out Instagram. Go to Museums. Learn everything you can about every subject you can find. Inspiration is everywhere, but you have to be looking. And take notes. You might not be able to start on a particular idea right then, but if you have a notes file, you won't lose it later when you are looking for something new to start.

I have a daily writing goal and I spend at least two hours every day at my desk. I set the goal a little lower if I am blocked on a project or I work on a different project.
I always have at least ten projects in various stage of planning, writing or editing. There is always something that will be of interest. The only time I don't write at all is when life interferes (like getting sick or watching an insurrection against your country's government).
If I feel blocked on a particular project that usually means there is something I need to fix. I stay away for a few days or weeks and it will usually come to me what I need to do. But I am always still making progress on something, that's why it's handy to work on multiple things.
After 40 years of working, I find that I can concentrate no matter what mood I am in. When you view something as your job and you have to do it, there is no real room for writer's block. Just write something even if it isn't good. Sometimes just writing "I don't have anything to say" over and over will get you working and getting started is usually all you need. Don't forget to delete those junk sentences though.

(view spoiler)[I'm working on many things simultaneously. I'm constitutionally unable to concentrate on just one thing. So I am on final edits for To the Bitter End which I will publish Jan 15. It's the sequel to my published book, A line in the Sand. I just finished the second draft of The Return, a fantasy novel about the return of magic and how an old woman mage has to save the world for the second time. I've completed the first draft of Unwanted which is a fantasy about a school for unwanted children. In first draft are:
The Society of Widows - a fantasy about a secret society of widows
Colony Run - First Run - a science fiction novel about a ship transporting people to a new colony. It is the first of a projected five books.
Swords - a short story collection of stories about swords.
Rising from the Ashes -the final book in my Coup trilogy. I'm planning on having this one ready in the Spring.
Then there is the first book in what I am calling the Honorspace series about a soldier who is bonded to a dragon that is a spaceship.

Write or edit everyday. Have a daily goal for words. Getting started is the hardest part, so the word goal can be something easily achievable at first.
But it won't take long to work up to 2000 words a day and at that rate, you will write 4-7 novels a year.

(view spoiler)[Define most recent book. The mostly recently published? The most recently finished and getting ready for publication, the most recently started? Oh what the heck, I'ill answer all three.
I only have one book published as I write this, although I have three with completed first drafts that are nearing being publication ready. A Line is the Sand was inspired by my participation in Firefly Fandom. I got my writing start there, doing short fan fic pieces. One of them seemed to me as if it had the germ of an idea that could be a novel. Nobody was publishing Firefly novels in 2003, so I knew I had to take my idea and convert it to my own universe. It took 17 years and retiring before I managed to finish it, but finish I did.
The one closest to publication is To the Bitter End. It is the sequel to A Line in the Sand, so I guess it is inspired by it. But the events were more inspired by a life of having to overcome trauma and by living on the grounds of a VA hospital as a child and seeing the impact of PTSD on the patients who lived there permanently. It is a novel very much about aftermaths.
As far as the idea for the novel I am working on, Hmm which one? OK, I'll use Society of Widows. I got the idea for that because I am a widow (of sorts, we lived in sin instead of marrying). I know how easily you lose visibility as a widow. How couples no longer invite you, how some friends avoid your company, how hopeless it all seems at times. And most importantly for the book, how you need to reinvent your life. So a book about a secret society of widows who reinvent their lives into by becoming spies, assassins, mages, etc. is being born. (hide spoiler)]
