Kara Kendrick I have a mysterious family plot involving an aunt and the Cold War that could be interesting.

How do you get inspired to write?
Kara Kendrick I'm inspired by lots of things -- music, quotes. I also create mood boards on Pinterest. I solve plot issues during my workouts, especially my early morning swims.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Kara Kendrick RUSHING was inspired by my experience as a football mom! Both my son and daughter played flag football and that's where I got the original idea.

What are you currently working on?
Kara Kendrick I'm currently working on my holiday novella, CHRISTMAS IN CAYMAN, that's releasing Dec. 9! It's a second-chance steamy romance.
