Easy. I’d step straight into my Byrne Saga — probably to Kerry, where the cliffs bite into the Atlantic and everyone keeps secrets the way the sea keeps shipwrecks.
I’d have coffee in Demetria Byrne’s kitchen (strictly to discuss power and passion, of course), get lost in the shipyard with Siobhan Callaghan just to see how long it takes her to notice, and let Selene teach me how to flirt without saying a word.
And if the evening ended with whiskey by the fire and a few untold stories slipping out between the sparks — well, I’d call that research. 🔥

🍁 What books are on your summer reading list this year?
Summer’s done — and while the sunscreen’s gone, the stack of books by my bedside has only grown taller (and more ambitious). On my fall reading list, you’ll find:
1. 107 Days by Kamala Harris — politics, purpose, and the kind of behind-the-scenes intensity I find irresistible.
2. Poems & Prayers by Matthew McConaughey — because sometimes you need philosophy with a grin.
3. Truly by Lionel Richie — music, memory, and all the ways a life can sing.
4. Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros — dragons, danger, and unapologetic emotion; perfect for stormy nights.
5. The Secret of Secrets by Dan Brown — I can’t resist a thriller that plays with big ideas and hidden rooms.
Fall, for me, is about reflection — the world quiets down, the light softens, and books become both escape and mirror. These titles promise a bit of all that: heart, heat, and the reminder that there’s always more to uncover beneath the surface.
Now tell me — what’s on your fall reading list? Any must-reads I should sneak in before winter? 🍂📚

(view spoiler)[There are moments in medicine — fleeting, impossible moments — when something happens that science can’t explain. A heartbeat returns after everything says it shouldn’t. A patient speaks a name no one has mentioned. A hand reaches out in the stillness, and for an instant, you feel you’re not alone in the room.
Those moments stay with you. They whisper of something just beyond the edge of what we can measure — something vast and tender and unfinished. If I ever write that story, it won’t be about death. It will be about everything that insists on living. (hide spoiler)]
