Currently, I'm in the process of writing a Young Adult Romance novel called Earning Demi. It's a standalone, spinoff story that happens years after the Taken Series is set to end. I'm also in the process of wrapping up book two, For You, which is the sequel of With You.

Becoming an author isn't easy. You write a story, you fall in love with your characters, and then you have to put it out there for everyone to see. It's terrifying but equally amazing all at the same time. My biggest advice for any aspiring author would be to never let your own fear(s) hold you back from taking the next step. Be okay knowing you're going to make mistakes. There are times things will not go your way. That doesn't mean you're not a good writer or that your story isn't good enough; it's all just part of the process. So trust yourself and go for it!

My biggest tip for any writer dealing with writer's block is to keep writing. Even if you trash it all in the end, keep writing!
