Sit down and write. Make a schedule and stick to it. Have a pacing partner who is also writing. You can encourage each other, talk about your books, help each other set goals, and many other things. When I sit down to write I text my pacing partner, "Sitting down to write". I also write down in my spiral notebook (where I keep everything regarding my book) the time I start writing and when I finish. Good luck and keep writing.
