My advice for aspiring writers is to write something every day, even if it's only a paragraph or two in your journal. I would also recommend that you read, read, read. Reading, in my opinion, inspires writing and generates new ideas.

Writer's block is quite a challenge to any writer. I try one of several things. I go for a walk, take a soothing bath or meditate. If none of these work, I just sleep on it and hope that the next day will bring about new ideas with the new day.
