This is based on a real incident that happened to me. As it was taking place, I developed a stand-up routine about being told I might be a father and the emotional dilemmas involved. Through the experience I learned a lot about conception that most people should know, but don't. When I was asked by a publisher to turn my material into a book, I had to learn a brand new medium. I including elements of my stand-up in the story to help me transition from the stage to the page.
