Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Myles Hunt J.W. The Deaf Drummer is actually inspired by a friend growing up who embodied the best definition of confidence and compassion. I wanted to take his character and expand it in a musical format while holding on to his ideals.

How do you get inspired to write?
Myles Hunt It helps to daydream a bit with music or an adventure outdoors. I often find, new experiences with family and friends are helpful as well.

Myles Hunt I walk my dog, Mario, while listening to music and just let myself daydream.

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Myles Hunt I would go to The Shire from J.R.R. Tolkien's masterful works, The Lord of The Rings. I would visit the famous Bag End of Hobbiton and enjoy Samwise Gamgee's garden.
