Just write. Sit down every single day and write. No exceptions, no excuses. Just write. You can't get better, you can't get published, you can't get your book in the hands of the readers if you don't write. So JUST WRITE.

Best thing about being a writer is writing. It's a Zen process that clears my mind and gives the voices in my head a place to run and frolic. The best thing about being an author is knowing people are reading and enjoying my words.

I don't believe in writers block. If the words don't come for a story that I'm currently writing, they'll come for something else, so I shift gears and start writing something else. As long as I'm always writing. There are also little writing exercises that can beat a stall in writing, such as forcing dialogue between two characters. But I've honestly never experienced writers block and I'm not worried about. I have too much to say to be blocked!
