The theme of being a woman in leadership is one in my first book that I want to dig into further. I am working on an outline for that now.

I’ve always been a journaler. Writing has always been how I sort out my thoughts on life. I tend to go in phases; I will write nonstop for weeks and then go a month without writing anything.

It actually started out as just me journaling; sort of a way to process all that had happened over the last two years. The more I write the more I saw how the latest pieces were part of a long pattern so I decided to explore that theme, which led to the book.
