I step away from the computer. I grab my husband and just start brainstorming ideas. He is very out of the box haha and I tend to have to reel his ideas in a bit, but he always gives me something I can work with. Something new that I can get excited about! When I am excited, it all comes together.

Don't let fear stop you! It is scary as Hell to put your writing out there for criticism, but that shouldn't be the only thing holding you back. Yes, it is frightening. Yes, it sucks to hear people don't like your writing. But you know what? You shouldn't be writing for them. You should 100% be writing because it is what YOU are passionate about. It is what brings YOU joy! Let the ones who love your story enjoy them with you and the ones who don't...well, that's ok too.

Well, we are fortunate to have a world filled with fantasy stories of Vampires, Werewolves, and Magic! I am not re-inventing the wheel, just adding to it! I have always wanted to create my own world and characters, and be in control of the narrative!

Great Question! Unfortunately, reading has been put on the back burner and my writing has taken priority. I do still plan on reading this year, I just don't want my writing to be influenced in any way so...I may need to venture out side of my typical fantasy genre. So what to read?! I will discover new books!
