Ray Catania I have found that meditation and exercise work well for writer's block.

Ray Catania The next book in the series, upcoming speaking events, and learning more. I am a student and a teacher, and I always will be.

How do you get inspired to write?
Ray Catania I mostly write about my own life experiences and there never seems to be a shortage of craziness and inspiring occurrences happening around me. I wouldn't want it any other way.
