Writing what I want to read, discovering characters that come to life from my imagination, and watching them grow and develop sometimes (most times?) in surprising ways. As a creator, it amazes me how creative my creations are.

Write. I remember one piece of advice from someone, "Writers write." Writers also read, and I did a lot of that the past few years, and haven't done a lot of the "writing" so I need to get back to that. Doesn't have to be published material, it just needs to get out of brain and onto "paper"

Muses infect my dreams, and then keep doing that until I must start typing it out. I write the books I want to read, that other people read and enjoy is a bonus.

Belinda and the Beast stemmed from a childhood memory of a nightlight and a shadow that disappeared when the light came on. I spun that into a romance arc (or at least tried to).
