Nick Ward Any or all of them. As my life is a complete mystery to me. There’s a route to a book in everything about it. Eh?
Nick Ward Sadly not, though I know of her story. The sea takes no prisoners!
I have many friends in the USA, with whom I stay in touch. And so her story is known to me.
I really must get a website up & running!
With my first book , LFD, Bloomsbury took me under their wing and, truly I was amazed at the response to the book. I did many many lectures.... talks on safety at sea, as result of it.
1979s’ Fastnet was a milestone in yacht racing history... and I’ve tried my best to champion the safety factor in any form of water sport. (Any profit from the talks went to my allotted charity ... the Wessex Neurological Unit.... who saved my life (brain surgery) years ago.
My aim for ‘Delivery by Sea’ is to dispel some of the myth & stigma surrounding epilepsy... something I’ve ‘suffered’ as result of the op.

So sorry to go on about it!

Nick Ward There are two (2) Nick Wards!
I’m the one who writes and lives sailing... Goodreads recognise this and put two spaces between ‘Nick’ & ‘Ward’ to separate us. It’s bemusing as I have a similar problem with PLR & ALCS.
I do intend writing a children’s book in the near future... which will further confuse things!
