I just completed my fourth book. It is built around a collection of letters from my dead sister that allows me to look back on her life and re-examine our relationship from a mental health perspective. She was bipolar and had a very wild life starting in her teens. We were very close during this time, but later became estranged in our forties. It is a reflection on how mental health affects family relationships.

I love spending my mornings writing and interacting with other writers. We support each other's blogs, buy each other's books, and swap reviews. I am still grappling with how an idea becomes a book for me. It is somehow just a moment of clarity where I just know that a single topic is broad enough and inspirational enough for me to develop.
