I was raised by holocaust survivors. I noticed that my parents were different than my friends parents. I decided to research and realize that the trauma that the holocaust survivors went through trickled down to future generations. I was raised to hold my feelings in to spare my parents, others were raised with anger and abuse. The trauma didn’t end with the survivors.
