My entire career is about making a difference. In response to many clients telling me, "they never thought of it like that!", I was inspired to write my first book. This took me 5 and-a-half years! Having got the bug, I am now compelled to share what works so a wider audience can benefit.

Book number 3 which is best summed up thus: "It is not what you do. It's the difference you make." This will be applied specifically to businesses seeking to develop referrals, and will explain the theory before giving practical applications to networking, presentations, and conversations. I am loving every minute of the writing process too!

I have never suffered from writer's block. If I have something to write, I write it. I can always revise and edit later, but the important thing for me is to capture the meaning I wish to convey. What I write does not need to be perfect first time, every time.

I have a long list of books on my list. Top of the list is 'How to Make the World Add Up' written by Tim Harford, and 'Connections', the book by James Burke that complements his seminal TV series from the 70's. I love reading books that inform and entertain, and these inspire me to attempt to do the same for my readers.
