This is the reason why I have multiple projects going at once. Right now I have a novel, and several short stories. If I get stuck on one, I can jump to the other.
Another way I deal with it is by giving myself a rewards system. It helps both my ADHD brain to get that star sticker, *and* it helps me keep track of my writing.
