Be kind to yourself. Set yourself goals, limits, boundaries, deadlines, etc. but, if you don’t end up exactly where you expected, cut yourself some slack. You’re doing a wonderful job!

Writing, for me, has always been therapeutic. So, the best part is the act of writing itself!

I find that when I have writer’s block, it’s because I’m trying to force a scene or something that just isn’t supposed to happen. I stop, take a step back, and try to re-route the story so that it begins to flow freely again.
