Sam Earner "The blade never lies. It just waits, until you close your eyes."
Sam Earner Promoting the second book in The Architects' Club series - Beaumont, which was published In March 2024!
Sam Earner I never set out to 'become a writer' and indeed I do not consider myself to be any more 'a writer' than I do a cook (I don't really cook). It was a consequence of the task that became apparent to me of sharing (pointing to) Ken Wilber's work through fiction. Now of course, the landscape has changed. A work exists - characters and drama that create an intrigue and satisfaction neither imagined nor expected at the start of the journey.
Sam Earner I was inspired by the works of Ken Wilber (Integral Theory), which provide a sort of philosophical framework for making sense of the world, including fundamental matters like harmony, equality and conflict. For reasons I cannot explain, I felt moved to share his ideas through fiction, so folk could be entertained while contemplating what it's all about. I do this with a light touch - only a few remarks/references here and there in Rothwell. More to come in the series.
