Everyone has a captivating story that we'd love to devour! Unfortunately, many writers lack the discipline to transform their unique idea into a completed work of art. My advice is simple. Refrain from saying that you'll write someday in the future and start writing. Create a practical writing schedule (I don't care if it takes 5 years!) and follow the plan. Read books from authors who've mastered the craft, and work on your own by attending webinars and conferences (even attend them virtually). Don't give up! If you can't do it for yourself, then do it for us. We're waiting to see your words in print!

I'm currently working on the second book in The Danny Dutterhuff series. The scheduled release date is June!

The idea for the children's picture book, Danny Dutterhuff Plays with Dolls, came from a collection of personal memories: articles I've read, my personal experiences, experiences of my own children and family members, and life-changing conversations with people I've met throughout my life. The primary themes were self-love in an unsupportive environment, and the bravery it takes to make a conscious decision to choose 'you.' While driving home, the character - that became Danny - entered my mind, grabbed my attention, and wouldn't let go!
