Demi Lane Go for a walk or I exercise. I'll often find a new book to read that's completely unrelated to anything I'm writing to distract myself. And somedays you just need to take a break.
Demi Lane For me, it's self-care. It's a way for me to get out the deepest thoughts in my psyche in a safe manner, and create something that other people might find joy in.

I don't feel qualified to give advice because I'm just starting out myself, but something that keeps me going some of the time is the idea that we are not afraid of "failure" when we take on a new challenge, but rather we're afraid of success. So push yourself because what you create has value to someone.
Demi Lane Currently, I'm working on the sequel to Taming Their Maiden and another Dark Romance book that hasn't gotten a name yet. Outside of this genre, I have a long fantasy novel that I've been penning for over a year and hope to publish someday.
Demi Lane I will find inspiration in a lot of places but what I read and watch affects a lot of my thoughts, plus I journal a lot to come up with various scenarios that I might find interesting or could flesh out into a longer story
Demi Lane Recently I got the idea after reading other Reverse Harem series and from watching several shows that featured medieval-type settings. It all kind of amalgamated together into this idea.
