The true story why my grandparents split. We only know one side of the story and since my biological grandfather is dead and I never met him, the mystery will never be solved.

I go back to the beginning of where my stories come from. I play the stories in my imaginations until I am able to push forward to what should happen next with my characters.

For me, knowing it is my words when I am flipping the pages on my kindle or on my paperback is the most incredible feeling in the world. I love my characters and it is a dream to share them with readers. I am still learning so much, and I know I have only touched the tip of what it means to be a successful writer.

Just take a chance. It is scary, but it is so worth seeing your words in print. It is easier to write than it is to market. I look at the marketing side of writing as building a small business from the ground up.

My current novels are a series. Book three is scheduled for release on March 30th. I will start working on book four, "The Soulmate Healing" in the next few weeks.

I started putting my first novel on paper a couple of years ago just for fun. I did not plan on sharing it with the world, buy my oldest pushed me to take a risk. I loved writing even as a child, but insecurities kept me from pursuing my dream. I am still afraid, but I no longer let fear stop me.

I love to read. Fantasy romance and science fiction romance are my top reads. I have seen telepathy done with supernatural characters. "Doctor Who" is my favorite storyline of all time. The Doctor is an alien and his or her view of humanity is why I fell in love with him. In his eyes, "In 900 years of time and space, I have never met a human who wasn't important." I agree with the Doctor's vision of humanity. As humans, we are fragile, beautiful, unique, and so important. I wanted to add science fiction/fantasy to my love story, but I wanted my characters to be human. The reason I chose telepathy as the fantasy aspect for my humans, is that it solves the number one problem we as humans face in every relationship. Proper communication is the root of all failed relationships. If my characters are going to have epic love stories, fixing the communication issue was the key to their fairytale loves.
