Jill Wisoff I am a voracious reader from an early age. I couldn't say what inspired it because I've always been a reader. I love classics, particularly 19th c. writers including American, French, British, and Russian writers, and I love beach reads. I have had periods of my life I indulged in sci fi like Asimov, Bradbury and of course Burroughs. And cozy mysteries like Agatha Christie. I think you need to be a critical reader to be able to eventually apply that eye to your own writings when editing. And I think my longtime involvement with theater and film taught me to write dialogue naturally with more ease than most. I'll be happy to try and download your book again. Thanks for the communication.

It became one of my favorite writing hangouts while completing my MFA at the nearby New School, and a refreshing pick-me-up from my cramped apartment. St. Patrick's Day was approaching and sure as punch is a fly magnet, the tale was magically communicated by a sly leprechaun hidden behind the notorious Washington Square hangman's elm.
