Sit down and write. More than anything else, the hardest thing to do is to defeat procrastination and distraction. Sit down and write. More than anything else, writing makes you a better writer. Sit down and write. Actually, sitting down doesn't matter. Some people write standing up, some write while walking and dictating. Whatever your posture is, find it, do it, and write.
