K.T. Samois Is crying an option? Because that's a thing-
Okay, but in all seriousness: If I'm frustrated, or tired, or drained of creativity, and want to clear my brain-space, I'll go for a walk outside and take in the fresh air. (After editing NTFC, my little dog has never been fitter!)

On the other hand, if there's a roadblock I'm trying to work through I'll often go on my treadmill, set a consistent pace, and do my best impression of a hamster. I find the repetitive motion and lack of distractions helps. (Most of the time I'll watch youtube videos featuring my roadblock in an attempt to work the problem, but there's the occasional dog video or two in the mix...)

Either way, I try not to panic and I always remind myself it isn't permanent. The brain behaves like a muscle, and can get fatigued. I give myself a rest, drink some (coconut?) water, and know my project will still be there in the morning. The strategy's worked thus far!
