Debbie Watson Hi Leslie…thanks for reading Dawn of an Alliance. I’m especially glad you liked it and are willing to review it! Can you write a quick blurb on Goodreads and Amazon? Book 2 is out, The Polar Bear and the Dragon, Dream Jumper if you’re so inclined! I did finish two episodes of your story…and loved both! Can I recommend them as their own separate entities? Debbie Watson Hi Leslie…I’m so glad Polar Bear has drawn you in!! 😀. The idea came to me in a dream a year ago last May. I never remember dreams so I got up and furiously typed all I could remember…the rest is history! Thanks for the question!

Debbie Watson Most definitely Yagdi, the world in my books. I'd love to tour the sites and meet the characters I've created!

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Debbie Watson Haven't had to deal with that yet...thank goodness!

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Debbie Watson It allows you to move in so many different directions. It's amazing what we have in our heads just waiting to escape into a book!

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Debbie Watson Enjoy it all...try not to let deadlines and rules of writing get in the way. Write it your way, even if it means following a unique path. Find groups and individuals to gently guide you.

What are you currently working on?
Debbie Watson The Polar Bear and the Dragon is a series. Book Two, Dream Jumper, will be released in early July of this year.

How do you get inspired to write?
Debbie Watson It seems like I've always liked to write, mostly travel diaries and short stories. Teaching elementary school for many years provided the opportunity to share my love for creativity and expression with my students. Now a retired teacher, I have more time and I've found my passion. Proof that it's never too late to discover things you love to do!

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Debbie Watson The idea for The Polar Bear and the Dragon, Dawn of an Alliance came from a vivid dream I just had to share. I rarely remember dreams, so this was special!
