4:04am Thoughts is a collection of poems written over the years, mostly at night as the title goes, it was probably the worst case of insomnia known to men!
Poems are a snapshot of a moment in time, an emotion, a smell, a feeling, a hug. As a poet writing is often an emotional release, and 4:04am Thoughts is just that, a piece of my heart on paper.

Observing the world around me is my first source of inspiration. Mainly I tend to write at night, when the mind is quieter and my heart is more ready to open up. That's when words find me, I believe I am just a messenger, words find me, I just have to write them down.
