Keep a journal and write in it daily. Write all your thoughts and ideas that could be used in your current (or a future) writing project.

I've rarely had to deal with it. When I've chosen to write...whether it be a song or even a letter that had to be written...once I sasit down to write, ideas just start coming. If I lose my train of thought, I just tackle another job temporarily, then come back to it. It helps to get enough rest, though.

You're your own "boss" plus it's good for your health since you can express potential stressful things that, if ignored or kept hidden inside, could cause much adversity in your (or others) life!
