Dina Arvanitakis I sit in a quiet place, meditate on what I want to express, and start writing.
Dina Arvanitakis Currently, I am working on a smoothie recipe book that has specific recipes formulated for skin health, weight loss, detox, immune support, and much more. There's even a chapter of homemade juices that can pair well with vodka.
Dina Arvanitakis Write your book! Even if you want to write about something that other books have covered, write it anyway. No one has written a book with your perspective and personal experiences. Your book may resonate with people in ways you never thought of. Start writing.
Dina Arvanitakis You create a work that becomes your legacy. You leave something behind that can continually help, entertain, or inform others. For me, writing is relaxing and I LOVE it.
Dina Arvanitakis If I get writer's block I stop writing. I write only when I feel inspired by the information I want to convey. I usually write at night because that's when I am most creative with my writing. If I'm on a roll, I never stop writing just because it's late. I ride the wave and capitalize on the fact that the ideas are flowing through me faster than I can type. When I'm "in the zone" I keep going until I get tired. I can write better when I'm in my zone than when I try to force myself to write when I don't feel like it or get stuck writing a sentence.
