I was reading very old books from the 15th Century, and it occurred to me odd that the handbook for ostensibly combating witchcraft contained so much detail about how to actually PRACTICE it! I wondered to myself, what if the guy who wrote it was smuggling occult information right under the nose of the Inquisition. The deeper I dug, the more that I realized that the guy who wrote the book was an insane, evil serial killer.

I am currently working on my second book with the working title SALEM'S ROPES. Unlike my first book THE POPE'S BUTCHER, it is set in the modern era. That has been a really interesting contrast from writing in the 15th Century setting.
