"Do it afraid." I heard this saying once and it never left me. So many writers are scared that their work won't be good enough, that no one will like it, that they'll fail in some way. Even I get nervous when I open up the document for my WIP! But write your story while anxious. Write it while doubting. Do it afraid, or else you'll never do it at all and you'll never get to see how far you and your words will go.
