At the moment, I'm working on book 2 in my Tales of New Abyssinia dark urban fantasy series. It follows the arc of 400-year-old Daywalker vampire, Eva Jackson, after the events of Daughters of Darkness. I'm thinking of naming the second book Knights and Devils. We'll see. By the time I'm finished with the manuscript, I might have an entirely different title in mind.

Whenever I have a writing session, I always leave a thought or scene incomplete at the end. I'll jot down a note as a reminder. And the next day I'll start with that scene or thought. That way I'll always have something to start off with.
