Hi, Thank you for writing Alive Again. I have committed myself to Lord and am working on strengthening my relationship with Him. One thing that has stood in my way is forgiving my daughter who is in prison for murdering her baby. I've not been able to forgive her since it happened. Your book is the first to explain to me I can forgive even if she's not sorry for her actions. I didn't think it possible? Thank you.

What is the best way to disciple a new Christian.... getting them to daily read the the Bible, Pray and mediate on what they have read?
Sarah K. Howley Hi David, I find that discipling a new Christian can be exhilarating but also challenging. Meeting regularly with a new Christian, to model these habits you mention is the most effective way I have seen. Secondly, our own interest and enthusiasm as well as honest struggle seems to help too. Blessings to you!

I am facilitating your WORD 11 week study with a small group. I feel there should be a leaders guide or a video. I started Session 2 this morning and the first question on page 18 says we saw John the Baptist in the first session, which I don’t think we did. I feel I am missing something. Is there another guide that goes with this study. If not, do you have any suggestions?
Sarah K. Howley Hello, CS. Thank you for contacting me. What it seems you found is an editing mistake. You have missed nothing, and that line should be stricken or rewritten to clarify. The sentence should read "He was, from even prophetic times (v. 3), chosen by God."
I appreciate your feedback and will see that this is properly edited to reflect the change.

Sarah K. Howley Hi David, I think that it is important to do these things with new Christians. Jesus rarely did things alone, and he sent his disciples out in twos and threes, so I figure we should do the same.
