When I'm having fun with my characters, it's great to go back and visit them like friends I get to chat with. Figuring out what's going to happen to them and how to tell their stories gives me joy.
The other things that will spur me to write is reading a really good book. When I sink into a book and fall in love with it, I want to get back to writing.

Getting to create characters I love. They become friends and I can give them the happy ending they so deserve. I love to "visit" favorite characters in other author's books. Now I can have the exact-right person get their happy ending in my world.

I'm working on a sequel for this book. More romance is always a good thing! And there are characters who deserve their happy endings.
