How do you get inspired to write?

Charlie Gray Anything can inspire me--a song, another book, a picture. A sunset. I try to find meaning in beauty in everything around me, as I find it very inspiring.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Charlie Gray Keep writing! You can edit and fix things later, but at least get it on the page. I found it was very beneficial for me to write it out, then tweak it at a later date with fresh eyes.

What are you currently working on?

Charlie Gray I am currently writing a follow-up to my debut memoir, At Least I'm Not The Frog: A Zany Memoir Of Alcoholism & Recovery. I am writing a novella, detailing my time spent in a treatment center in Kansas for alcohol. After receiving such positive support from my memoir, I noticed readers were also interested in learning more about my experiences with rehab. Thus, I began writing.
