I've only had one bout of it, and that's when I was writing Darkness. I pushed through 1k words every day, and once I was done for the day, I just walked away.

I have writing attention span problems, so I have to write a couple of things concurrently. I get bored if I don't do that. I'm finishing Head Over Heels in Hawaii, which is my main project. I also attend an in-person writing club every Tuesday night where I dedicate that time to writing book 4 of Jensen City Heroes. Once I get done with HOHIH, I'll dedicate most of my time to JCH. (I think I'll have that to you by end of May.)
