I am currently writing two romances with Bookstores and Bars being my primary focus (both available for preorder) AND I will be releasing the first book in my YA fantasy series by the end of this year.

I'm sure what makes sites means or if it's a typo, but my biggest peice of advice for new writers would be: write the story in your heart-make it as entertaining as you can-hire an experienced editor in your genre-get a cover designer. A well edited book with a great cover will find its audience.

Characters in my books are real people to me.
Kristen was a side character who ended up being the bad guy *girl* by the end and we all hated her for good reason because of it.
I intended to tell her story--after--I wrote a couple more books this year, but Kristen was not having it.
She needed readers to know who she was, who she REALLY was. It is because of her persistence and the fact that her story was SO GOOD that all other projects got pushed and Running from Cupid was born.

I wouldn't say it's a mystery, but there is definitely a magical being of some kind in my house that likes to hide my AirPods from me.
It thought it got the best of me after a four day stint of me not able to find them anywhere, but I showed it when I took out my 2015 wire earphones. Those earphones live zipped up inside of my purse to thise day. *update* airpods have been found
