I have had the idea to write Heal Yourself for many years. After healing from lupus, interstitial cystitis, depression and migraines naturally and helping so many others heal naturally from their illnesses, I knew I wanted to put my program into a book. I was just waiting for the right time

Sit down and write for 30 minutes to an hour each day. Just write. Don't read it. Allow yourself to wake up between 3am and 5 am when you are most connected to source. That is when ideas flow.

While writing Heal Yourself I didn't have any writers block. I could sit and write for hours or write for one hour and continue the next day. I have tried to write many times in the past and the words never came. This was an amazing experience to have the words flow so easily.
