Teresa Aires You had no idea your final exam is today and you’re about to start it without having studied for it at all. Lame? Well, that would be my horror story ;)
Teresa Aires Elin Hilderbrand’s Paradise series because it takes place in the wonderful Virgin Islands and I am forever an ocean and (sandy) beach lover. I think I would want to melt in the background - if that makes any sense! But honestly, I would love to meet Ayers and Cash.
Teresa Aires I always have many!
The English Wife, by Adrienne Chinn
Good Economics for Hard Times: Better Answers to Our Biggest Problems, by Abhijit V. Banerjee
People We Meet on Vacation, by Emily Henry
I Know What You’ve Done, by Dorothy Koomson
Teresa Aires I sit with the feeling. Instead of forcing myself to write or scrutinizing my block and thus, allowing it to spiral down, I just sit the feeling and move on. It sounds silly but it gives me permission to “fail” and take a break without criticizing myself or my creativity. Once I feel inspired or have an idea, I put it on words and let the rest come to me. It’s worked this far!
Teresa Aires I get to live other people’s lives and imagine a million new scenarios and what if situations without having to go through them. It’s also my own little world of events that I have full control of and that I completely let go of once someone reads my work.
Teresa Aires Write for yourself! Tap into your passion and write away, I really think that’s where my great ideas come from.

If you believe in your project, go for it and take chances; good things don’t tend to knock on your door ;)
Teresa Aires Having majored in Sociology, one of my favorite things is to people-watch. I love observing behaviors, analyzing interactions, and empathizing with different situations. Usually, in wondering about strangers’ lives, I come up with a new idea.
Teresa Aires After hearing about a girl who had lost her older brother to an accident, I wondered what it would feel like to lose my fake twin (my two year younger brother with whom I have the most amazing relationship). Suddenly, my mind was overflowing with ideas and my fingers could not stop typing.
