My advice would be that if you want to write a book just to do it-don't overthink it, just write it all down for the world to see. And write for yourself and no one else. Don't write to please others, don't write in a way that you think will make your writing a bestseller, but write what you're passionate about and the sales will follow!

I wanted to write a book that heavily promoted mental health awareness and stability awareness through the authors eyes. I wanted to show the reader what it's like to have grown up with Bipolar disorder and show and allow them to really see the struggles and challenges that someone who is mentally ill faces everyday and give hope to others who are mentally ill.
