There will be two more Hart books, and that storyline isn't done yet. Raj will be back in future stories, as well, but I don't want to give away too much!

The very beginning of the book came to me a few months into the COVID-19 pandemic. The idea of a pandemic as the structuring force of the world in Beyond the Veil came straight from living through one ourselves.

Read a LOT. Even when I'm writing and working, I'm always reading, even if it's just a chapter or two a day. Never stop reading.
And then just write. Whatever you write, just get it out. And then go back and edit as though you're not the author.
