Mary Higgins Writers have a tendency to notice what is going on around us more strongly than the average person. It is like taking a snapshot to remember the sights, smells, sounds and the feelings experienced. It is these elements that make for a moving story. I can be inspired to write from a dream I had, from an experience that touched me deeply, or sometimes inspiration just comes down out of the blue sky. I might be walking down the street, and an idea just enters my mind for something interesting to write.

I thought about people who don't have a nutrition background and how they are missing vital nutrients and decided to help them. Then the Pandemic came and I rewrote most of the book to include the latest research on nutrients that benefit the lungs addressing those with long haulers Covid who are weak and dizzy as was I.
