Just start! It is so euphoric at times its a high! Just start writing... you can fix it later but write your ideas whether they make good sense or not. You will see what I mean!

My current project is "What Lies Down Copperhead Road." After that is "What Lies on the Reef." (going back to the sea for a couple books)

I just love it. It's the same as reading for me--I fall into the story and it's all around me. All I have to do is write it down! I really dont have to get inspired at all. Its a passion.

The most recent project I have going on is "What Lies down Copperhead Road." If you have ever heard Steve Earle's song, I borrowed the name from that. The song itself could be a movie. My "Copperhead Road" is quite different but exciting as well. There are some elements of the song in the book but the backbone of the story is quite different, Can't wait to get it all done!

Honestly, so far, I really never have had an issue with writer's block. When I sit down and read the previous paragraphs I wrote, say, yesterday, The new ideas just flood me. Sometimes I have to select which ideas will make the cut and file the others away for another project!
