What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?
Noué Kirwan Where my second sock is always going to. I'm thinking a gremlin that lives in the dryer and feeds on loose pairs of things.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Noué Kirwan That is so complicated. I used to write fan fic so some of it was influenced by that. A movie I watched about girlfriends in a love triangle (of sorts). A song that I've loved since childhood that had always kind of haunted me with its sadness. This was a way of processing the sadness of that song and give it a HEA.

Noué Kirwan My second book!

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Noué Kirwan Keep writing. Keep reading. Don't be afraid to share your work. Learn to take constructive criticism and deal with plain ole criticism. And definitely learn to tell the difference.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Noué Kirwan I think it's getting to indulge my flights of fancy. Being able to create whole worlds and characters.
