What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Jason Prugar You have so many avenues to get your work out there. If you have a story to tell, get it out! And you will find many others willing to help you.

Jason Prugar The art of creating something is what gets my blood pumping.

How do you get inspired to write?
Jason Prugar I have a very active imagination. Things I see, do or read about can inspire an idea. For example, a sentence in a spam email prompted a scenario in my upcoming work set in Victorian England.

Jason Prugar From a few sources:

What are you currently working on?
Jason Prugar I am currently working on a webseries where the lead character turns everyday activities into an 80s action movie. I'm also editing my next book, which will be a steampunk thriller version of Arsenic and Old Lace, set in Victorian England.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Jason Prugar I write SOMETHING. Even a journal entry. Getting something down - always handwritten, by the way - gets me past the block and gets my juices flowing.
