Back in 1994, I had a dream where I was clearly speaking in Japanese with a girl. The scene was based on the future. I ignored the dream and went about with my day. Strangely the dream came back in 2020. It occurred to me that the past and the future are predominantly determined by earth rotation and its revolution around the sun. But, the remainder of the University wouldn't care much for it. So is it possible that the past and the future can happen concurrently? What if such a system exists on earth and goes out of sync with Earth's time?
