My thought process might be, "Was this exciting? How can I make it more exciting?" or, "How extreme can I make this scenario, while still remaining plausible and not too confusing?"

I wake up at 6am, I do the typical morning stuff like coffee and breakfast.
At 8am I just start typing. It doesn't matter if I feel inspired or not, I just write something. I write the first sentence of a paragraph, and after that, more words flow out on their own.
At noon I take a lunch break.
Two hours later, at 2pm, I resume writing for as long as I feel like. Usually it's 2 hours.
