The idea for my book "Letting Go" took shape over many years as a busy mom of three, trying to find answers regarding identity, life choices, friendships, and the meaning behind it all! I knew many women struggled with these issues, and the tools I was exposed to as I sought healing from past trauma I thought would help others in their own healing as well.
