"Real artists ship." That's a quote from Steve Jobs. If you can't finish your books (like I couldn't for many years), you won't have anything to sell. Find a way to get the damn thing done. It won't be perfect. It might kill you a little, but you'll have a finished book. The next one will be easier. And the next one after that. And so on.

Write every morning until lunch. Write in 25 minute bursts with a five minute break. Use a timer. (I use an app called 'Be Focused Pro'.) When you take a break, don't go near any screens.
